Day 8
Well I’m back to feeling fly. Legs still a little achy but I decided to drown that in an ab workout. But of course only after an awesome yoga session. I did mostly beginner yoga. Day 7
Spent most of the day trying to walk or sit or stand up. I’m like an old lady… I have to grasp onto everything to move anywhere. More of just simple stretching yoga today. I’m hoping that tomorrow I will be able to dive back into learning my yoga routine. No, actually I will be doing my yoga routine tomorrow. Think happy thoughts.

Well I got up in the morning from a horrible dream of an exaggerated version of the crap I’m dealing with in life. I was restless all early morning and my muscles were sore from yesterday. Day 5
I’ve had this tension in my chest and stress in my core. The yoga routines are challenging me but I was feeling too wild for a routine today. Day 4
Yesterday I did a full morning yoga routine! Woot! It wasn’t long but it was complete. And that evening I did some ab exercises. Aw-yeeeh the burn.

Day 2
I got through part of a yoga routine geared towards butt and thighs. I just love butt and thigh workouts. I wanted to work on it more later but had a health/stress issue that completely drained me but also reminded me why I need yoga. I’m hoping to get that routine down in a week.
