Spent most of the day trying to walk or sit or stand up. I’m like an old lady… I have to grasp onto everything to move anywhere. More of just simple stretching yoga today. Yesterday I did a full morning yoga routine! Woot! It wasn’t long but it was complete. And that evening I did some ab exercises. Aw-yeeeh the burn.
Yesterday I got through part of a morning routine. In the evening I did some workouts. I really need to regain some strength! But I am picking up the beat a bit.
I got through part of a yoga routine geared towards butt and thighs. I just love butt and thigh workouts. I wanted to work on it more later but had a health/stress issue that completely drained me but also reminded me why I need yoga. I’m hoping to get that routine down in a week.
