Day 31-33
I’ve been hitting the weights really hard lately. Yoga has been a huge help! I’ve been doing mostly stretching which has helped with some of the pain. I’ve also been doing my regular flows. I’m starting to feel a bit more balanced :)

I’m happy to say that I’ve been able to do a couple days of yoga! I’ve been focusing on my weight training and more cardio since I now have access to a gym. The yoga has helped me stay limber. And I feel like yoga has improved my workouts and my recovery.

What is Yoga to me?
I interrupted my 365 days of yoga for a break… a break to deal with life. There was a lot going on in my life that was toxic… people and activities. I got hurt. I’m still hurting.
