Wow. Yoga today was awesome and now I’m kinda in pain. I think I need to take a short break from lifting or maybe yoga. Or maybe take a painkiller. But I did get props for flexibility… which isn’t actually that great since I’m 1 of 3 people in the class.

Day 49 & 50
So I tried to get my man to do yoga with me last night and realized it’s not, uh… relaxing for him. Maybe I should wear more clothes next time we do yoga together :)
Today I free-styled some yoga and found that I had plenty to fill up an hour because of everything I’ve been learning in class. I really feel more free now that I can do stuff on my own :)
Now off to pack…...

Ugh…. defiantly over ate this evening. When it comes to my Tex-Mex I’m a goner. I was feeling super gross and bitchin about it. My man should have been just be straight up annoyed (I know I would be) but instead he just told me to learn my lesson, listen to my body, and start fresh tomorrow. He spent about 10 min. just straight up encouraging me and getting me out of my funk....

Yoga today was so fun! I almost slept in because I only had 4 hours of sleep. But I’m glad I didn’t. I was the only student once again and so the instructor caught my strong points and asked if I’d try bird of paradise. Sure. And I totally got it!

Well. I was doing yoga with my favorite instructor and I was feeling that everything was unusually draining and difficult for me. And then she said “Let your body go as far as it is willing to today.” And I realized that since yoga is all about being in touch with your body I should just ask my body what’s up. “Yo, body of mine… what’s up with you?” And so...
