Today was much better than yesterday. Did a morning flow to shake myself out of a Benadryl induced sleep. I’ve been breaking out in hives constantly for about four days straight. I’m not sure if it’s an allergic reaction to a med. or if it’s yoga encouraging my body to release toxins or if it’s something I’ve caught from the locals. Then I did the 99 workout (only up to 5 :). And I just wrapped up a moon flow this evening. I’ve noticed that since I started yoga I’ve had some very palpable anxiety dreams that keep me from sleeping well. My theory is that I’m out of balance and yoga’s bringing it to the for-front of my mind.
